Slow Cooker Mango Chutney

Chutney is a great complement to curry and meat dishes like pork, chicken, and fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped mango
  • 3 cups diced apple
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground allspice

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart slow cooker. Simmer on low for 4 hours. Stir often.
