Slow Cooker Mocha

If you prefer lower-fat mocha, replace the cream with milk.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups coffee
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • Add the coffee and cream to a slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. If a “skin” has developed on top from the cream, skim it off and discard. Whisk in the chocolate chips until melted. Ladle into mugs and serve immediately.
