Slow Cooker Nut Mix

You can mix up the types of nuts and the amounts of each to suit your own personal taste. Just make sure you use unsalted raw nuts.

  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 cups raw pecans
  • 2 cups raw peanuts
  • 2 cups raw cashews


  • Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Stir to coat the nuts evenly. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Uncover and continue to cook on low for another hour to dry the nuts and seeds, stirring occasionally, and then evenly spread them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper until completely cooled. Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 2 weeks.
