Slow Cooker Paleo Chicken Cacciatore

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 9 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil


  • Place chicken, tomato sauce, mushrooms, carrots, onion, and garlic in a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Top with basil to serve.
