Slow Cooker Pear Sauce
Cook chunks of pears with water, lemon juice, sugar, and a touch of cinnamon in a slow cooker for this simple fruit dessert.

- 10 medium Bartlett pears, peeled, cored, and chopped
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup sugar
- Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
- Lightly mash the pears with a potato masher and cool slightly. Transfer to covered container and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
