Slow Cooker Raspberry Coulis
A coulis is a thick sauce made from puréed fruits or vegetables. In this recipe, the slow cooking eliminates the need for puréeing because the fruit cooks down enough that straining is unnecessary. It’s delicious as both a breakfast fruit spread or sweet dessert topping.
