Slow Cooker White Tea–Berry Fusion
Steep bags of white tea with water, berries, and sugar in a slow cooker. Strain and serve hot or chilled over ice. Omit the sugar if you prefer unsweetened tea.

- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 8 cups water
- 4 bags (4 Tbsp.) white tea
- Add all ingredients to a 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer before serving.
