Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 medium pears, peeled and cored
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled
  • ¼" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea

Directions

  • Place spinach, apples, pears, bananas, ginger, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
