Smoked Fish Dip

Use hot-smoked fish for this dish, rather than cured fish such as lox.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. smoked trout, mullet, or salmon
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced scallion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • ¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixture is blended and smooth. Spoon into a bowl and serve.
