Smoked Fish Dip
Use hot-smoked fish for this dish, rather than cured fish such as lox.

- 8 oz. smoked trout, mullet, or salmon
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced scallion
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1⁄4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixture is blended and smooth. Spoon into a bowl and serve.
