Smoked Salmon Bagel
A fresh, chewy bagel is a must for this deli favorite. Smoked salmon or lox may be used, and additions of avocado, tomato, and/or sprouts build up the classic bagel-and-cream-cheese combination.

- 1 plain bagel, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. whipped cream cheese
- 3 slices smoked salmon
- 1 Tbsp. diced red onion
- 1 tsp. drained capers
- Spread the cream cheese on the cut sides of the bagel.
- Top cream cheese on the bottom half with smoked salmon, onion, and capers.
- Top with the other half of the bagel, and cut sandwich in half.
