Smoky Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a staple at any party, and they make the perfect ketogenic diet snack. Whip some up and store them in your refrigerator for when you need some fat and protein in a hurry.

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1⁄8 tsp. smoked paprika


  • Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl.
  • Mash yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Continue to mash until combined.
  • Divide mixture into 12 equal portions and fill each egg white half. Sprinkle with paprika.
