Smoky Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs are a staple at any party, and they make the perfect ketogenic diet snack. Whip some up and store them in your refrigerator for when you need some fat and protein in a hurry.

- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ⅛ tsp. smoked paprika
- Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out egg yolks and put in a small mixing bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Continue to mash until combined.
- Divide mixture into 12 equal portions and fill each egg white half. Sprinkle with paprika.
