Sour Cream Fondue
For added flavor, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes over the fondue before placing in the refrigerator.

- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- Combine the sour cream, honey, and pineapple juice. Chill briefly until the fondue just starts to set. Use dipping forks to dip the pineapple chunks into the sour cream.
