Sour Cream and Gorgonzola Dip for Crudités
Perhaps the healthiest of snacks is a plate of raw veggies and a low-cal dip like this one.

- ¾ cup low-fat sour cream
- ¼ cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Pulse all ingredients in the food processor or blender.
