Spaghetti with Garlic and Lemon

For a quick and delicious dinner, sauté slices of garlic in olive oil. Toss the garlic and cooking oil with hot spaghetti, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper


  • In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil until shimmering. Add garlic; cook and stir until garlic is golden, about 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss hot spaghetti with garlic and olive oil from skillet, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
