Spaghetti with Shrimp
Throw this together for a quick family or company meal. It’s just as good as it is easy. Try it with artichokes or sun-dried tomatoes for extra sugar-free flavor.

- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- ½ cup fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 lb. linguini, cooked
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon zest for garnish
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the sauce and parsley. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked linguine to the shrimp sauce. Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve immediately.
