Sparkling Grapefruit Spritzers

An irresistibly rosy hue and hint of fresh mint make these mocktails a satisfying alternative to champagne. If you only have white grapefruit juice, add a drop of grenadine syrup for a pink color.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1 can (12 oz.) unflavored seltzer water
  • 4 mint sprigs

Directions

  • Divide mint and cinnamon evenly between 4 champagne flutes.
  • Add ¼ cup grapefruit juice to each glass, then top with 3 ounces seltzer. Garnish with mint sprigs.
  • Serve immediately.
