Speedy Garlic Mayonnaise

This quick and easy version of aioli eliminates the work of preparing the mayonnaise. This goes well with fish.

  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard


  • Smash and peel the garlic. Using a mortar and pestle, mash the garlic thoroughly. In a bowl, mix the mashed garlic with the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
