Speedy Garlic Mayonnaise
This quick and easy version of aioli eliminates the work of preparing the mayonnaise. This goes well with fish.

- 4 large garlic cloves
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Smash and peel the garlic. Using a mortar and pestle, mash the garlic thoroughly. In a bowl, mix the mashed garlic with the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
