Spiced Almonds

Sweet, spicy, and salty nuts are a refined snack to munch on before or after dinner. These also make a great afterschool snack for kids.

  • 8 oz. whole almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Toss nuts with oil in a bowl, sprinkle remaining ingredients over nuts, and toss to coat.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
