Spiced Mocha

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 hot, single espresso
  • ½ cup brewed coffee
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ tsp. whole allspice
  • ⅛ tsp. whole cloves
  • ¼ cup sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 tsp. mini chocolate chips

Directions

  • Combine the chocolate syrup, espresso, coffee, and spices in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Cover and heat for 10 minutes without letting the mixture boil.
  • Remove the spices, pour into a mug, and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
