  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 lb. broccolini
  • 1 tsp. all-natural sea salt
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle the tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic for about 1 minute. Add the broccolini, sea salt, and red pepper flakes to the garlic and continue to sauté for 3–5 minutes.
  • Once the broccolini is slightly softened but still crisp, remove from heat, plate, and serve.
