Spicy Dipping Sauce for Shrimp and Oysters
This lovely dipping sauce has dozens of uses. Make in advance and store in the refrigerator.

- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 tsp. orange bitters
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated horseradish
- 1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1⁄8 tsp. salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- Place all ingredients in the blender and process until well blended. Serve.
