Spicy Grape Green Smoothie
Spicy arugula gets sweetened up a bit with pears, grapes, and zippy ginger to make a wonderful smoothie. This recipe is full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that provide total health, beautiful eyes, and luxurious skin.

- 3 cups arugula
- 4 medium pears, peeled and cored
- 1 cup red grapes
- ½" ginger, peeled
- 2 cups chamomile tea
- Place arugula, pears, grapes, ginger, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
