Spicy Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

- ¾ cup cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tsp. coarse-grained mustard
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. salt
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- In a blender or food processor, purée the vinegar, oil, chili powder, honey, garlic, mustard, cumin, and salt. Pour over drumsticks and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat grill.
- Grill drumsticks over moderate heat for 20 minutes. While cooking, turn the drumsticks several times and baste frequently with marinade.
