Spicy Jerk Dry Rub

This is an authentic Jamaican jerk seasoning mix. Itʼs used in the islands to season salads and soups and also to flavor meats, fish, and poultry.

  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1½ tsp. ground allspice
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • Pinch garlic powder


  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine. Store in an airtight jar at room temperature.
