Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

This easy dipping sauce takes only five minutes to make, and goes nicely with spring rolls or other Asian dumplings. If you don’t have fish sauce, you can substitute 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk. Stir in the peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Heat, stirring occasionally, until the peanut butter is melted and the ingredients combined. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
