These flavorful bites are the perfect weeknight dinner appetizer. Each morsel is crunchy, fresh, juicy, and slightly spicy and can be made in 15 minutes flat.

- 2 medium cucumbers
- 6 oz. smoked salmon, flaked
- 4 oz. creamy gluten-free horseradish sauce
- ¼ cup chopped dill
- Peel cucumbers and slice each into 12 slices.
- Top each cucumber slice with salmon and a dab of horseradish sauce.
- Garnish with dill.
