  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 6 oz. smoked salmon, flaked
  • 4 oz. creamy gluten-free horseradish sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped dill

Directions

  • Peel cucumbers and slice each into 12 slices.
  • Top each cucumber slice with salmon and a dab of horseradish sauce.
  • Garnish with dill.
