Ingredients

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 cup broccoli spears
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place watercress, broccoli, carrots, ginger, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
