The Spicy Savior Smoothie
The ginger in this recipe is what gives this smoothie its spicy zing! The watercress, carrots, broccoli, and ginger all combine for a filling meal replacement in any detox diet.

- 1 cup watercress
- 1 cup broccoli spears
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- ½" ginger, peeled
- 2 cups purified water
- Place watercress, broccoli, carrots, ginger, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
