Spicy Sesame Sauce for Lamb, Chicken, or Falafel
Tahini, sesame-seed paste, is the basis of this delicious sauce. Use it as a dipping sauce for any meat, fish, or shellfish.

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup peanut oil
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- Mash garlic and salt together to make a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
