Spicy Szechwan Peanut Sauce
Use as a dipping sauce for grilled meats, egg rolls, spring rolls, or as a dressing for crisp greens. For best results use within a few days.

- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. black rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili oil
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.
