Spicy Szechwan Peanut Sauce

Use as a dipping sauce for grilled meats, egg rolls, spring rolls, or as a dressing for crisp greens. For best results use within a few days.

  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. black rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chili oil


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.
