- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- 1 lb. shelled walnuts
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, onion powder, salt, curry, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Add walnuts and stir well to coat with the seasoned oil.
- Place walnut mixture in a small slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, stirring once halfway through. Serve hot or at room temperature.
