Spiked Strawberry Shortcake Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup strawberries, tops removed, plus more for garnish
  • 1⁄2 cup vodka
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 1⁄2 cups lemon-lime soda

Directions

  • In a blender or using an immersion blender, add strawberries and a splash of vodka. Puree until smooth, then pour into a small pitcher.
  • Add vodka, vanilla extract and ice cubes. Stir until combined.
  • Serve topped with soda and garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
