Spiked Whipped Cream
Add bourbon, rum, or brandy to give your whipped cream a special touch. Feel free to leave out the alcohol for regular whipped cream.

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- In a medium bowl, add the cream, powdered sugar, and alcohol. Whip on medium-high speed with a stand mixer or with hand mixer until it starts to thicken. Increase the speed to high and beat until soft peaks form. Reduce the speed to medium and slowly add the liquor. Continue to whip until medium peaks form. Use immediately.
