Spinach-Artichoke Dip

  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) artichokes, drained
  • 2 packages (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp. all-purpose seasoning

Directions

  • Thoroughly blend all ingredients in a food processor. Serve warm.
