Spinach and Cheddar Quiche
A perfect quiche is never hard and always delicious!

- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup chopped spinach
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread the pastry shell with the softened butter and put it in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and salt. Stir in cheese. Remove shell from refrigerator and line the bottom with spinach. Pour egg mixture over the top. Bake quiche for 30 minutes until the center is puffed and the top is golden brown.
