Sriracha Aioli

Use this Sriracha-tinged sauce as you would regular mayonnaise or as a dipping sauce for French fries.

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • ½–1 Tbsp. Sriracha, depending on your taste
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely minced
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice


  • Combine egg yolk, Sriracha, and salt in a blender. Turn blender on and pour oil through the top in a thin stream until the mixture has the consistency of mayonnaise. Stir in minced garlic. Taste; add lemon juice and adjust seasoning to taste.
