Sriracha Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds are coated in sriracha and brown sugar to create a perfect balance of sweet, spicy and perfectly crunchy.

  • 1 cup raw pepitas
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss together pepitas, sriracha, brown sugar, canola oil and salt. Spread on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
