Sriracha Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds are coated in sriracha and brown sugar to create a perfect balance of sweet, spicy and perfectly crunchy.

- 1 cup raw pepitas
- 1 tablespoon sriracha chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss together pepitas, sriracha, brown sugar, canola oil and salt. Spread on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
