Steel Cut Oatmeal with Blueberries, Walnuts, and Chia Seeds
Make a batch of steel cut oats with maple syrup and top with fresh blueberries, toasted walnut pieces, and chia seeds for a hearty breakfast.

- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts pieces
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring milk to a boil. Stir in oats and syrup and reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes.
- Divide oatmeal evenly into four bowls. Top with blueberries, walnuts, and chia seeds.
