- 1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes in purée, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- ½ medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- Place all the ingredients into a 2-quart slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for up to 8 hours.
