- 18 spinach leaves
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Add the oil to a preheated wok or skillet. When the oil is hot, add the spinach and remove from heat. Add the salt and stir-fry briefly, for less than 1 minute. Serve immediately.
