Stir-Fried Spinach

This dish is easy to prepare and can be served hot or cold. The sharpness of the spinach flavor makes a nice accompaniment to sweet and sour dishes.

  • 18 spinach leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp. salt


  • Add the oil to a preheated wok or skillet. When the oil is hot, add the spinach and remove from heat. Add the salt and stir-fry briefly, for less than 1 minute. Serve immediately.
