Stir-Fried Spinach with Roasted Garlic

- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 18 fresh spinach leaves, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ tsp. sugar
- Add the oil to a preheated wok or skillet. When the oil is hot, add the garlic. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the spinach.
- Continue stir-frying until the spinach turns a bright green. Add the soy sauce and sugar. Toss to incorporate and serve immediately.
