Stir-Fried Spinach with Roasted Garlic

  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 18 fresh spinach leaves, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. sugar


  • Add the oil to a preheated wok or skillet. When the oil is hot, add the garlic. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the spinach.
  • Continue stir-frying until the spinach turns a bright green. Add the soy sauce and sugar. Toss to incorporate and serve immediately.
