Stir-Fried Udon Noodles
This delicious stir-fry combines pork, noodles and veggies with HemisFares™ Soy Sauce and sake for serious flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 ounces ground pork
- 4 cups assorted vegetables, broccoli, spring onions, red peppers and pea pods
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon HemisFares™ Nidan Jyukusei Shoyu (Soy Sauce), plus more for serving
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dashi (Japanese cooking broth) or additional water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Directions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, rinse and drain. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan and stir-fry pork until cooked to a safe internal temperature of 160°F.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- Add sake, water, shoyu, dashi or water, salt and pepper. Then add udon noodles and stir-fry until hot. Finish with a drizzle of melted butter and shoyu. Serve, refrigerating any leftovers.
