  • 1 cup watercress
  • 3 apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • ½" piece of ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 cups green tea

Directions

  • Place watercress, apples, banana, ginger, and ½ cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ½ cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
