- ½" piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 cups green tea
Directions
- Place watercress, apples, banana, ginger, and ½ cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ½ cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
