Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1⁄3 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. triple sec
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 quarts strawberries, hulled and halved

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, sugar, orange juice, and triple sec and mix thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream.
  • Place the berries in a dessert dish. Top with cream mixture. Serve immediately.
