Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Smoothie
This refreshing smoothie tastes like summer, but you can enjoy it all year round by using frozen strawberries. In fact, it is better with frozen strawberries, as they give the smoothie that ideal thick, chilled consistency without watering it down with ice.

- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed if possible
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Add honey for additional sweetness if desired.
