If you can't find currants, simply increase the amount of any one of the other fruits.

- 1⁄4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄4 cup red currants
- 1 large peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
