Strawberry-Currant Smoothie

If you can't find currants, simply increase the amount of any one of the other fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1⁄4 cup red currants
  • 1 large peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup skim milk

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
