This recipe combines two of the best flavors of summer.

- ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- ¾ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- Crushed ice
- Puree strawberries in the blender or food processor.
- In a large pitcher, stir together lemon juice, sugar, and water until sugar has dissolved. Stir in strawberry puree, lemon slices, and ice.
