Strawberry-Maple Steel-Cut Oats

These oats are sweet and filling, and are going to become your new favorite breakfast go-to.

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • ¼ cup maple syrup


  • Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Stir in the oats and salt. Return to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Divide the oatmeal, strawberries and maple syrup between 4 bowls. Serve immediately.
