Strawberry Morning Smoothie

This filling and delicious smoothie is excellent for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 ripe frozen medium banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1⁄4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  • Place milk in blender first followed by other ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
