Strawberry-Rhubarb Smoothie

Strawberries and rhubarb are a classic combination, a signature taste of summer. The stalks of raw rhubarb are safe to eat, but the leaves are poisonous so discard them immediately.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1⁄2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1⁄2 cup rhubarb stalks, leaves discarded, stalks chopped
  • 1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1⁄4 cup honey


  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Add more milk if the smoothies is too thick.
