Strawberries and rhubarb are a classic combination, a signature taste of summer. The stalks of raw rhubarb are safe to eat, but the leaves are poisonous so discard them immediately.

- 1 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup rhubarb stalks, leaves discarded, stalks chopped
- 1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Add more milk if the smoothies is too thick.
