A lassi is a traditional Indian yogurt drink often made with mango and rose water. For this lassi, we use strawberries (fresh or frozen) and fresh thyme.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, or 1½ cups frozen, thawed
- 1½ cups yogurt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water, plus more if needed
- ½ tsp. thyme
- Blend the strawberries in a blender. Strain it through a sieve, discarding the seeds.
- Return the puree to the blender along with the yogurt, sugar, milk, water, and thyme (Add some ice, if wanted). Pulse several times to blend together. Serve chilled.
